This is the second project that we use Builders A2Z. It was a big and complicated job as our house is tall and thin and they transformed the whole place.The work involved removing a wall and inserting a new lintels to re-site our back door, , electrics (including replacing the consumer unit),new plumbing, new kitchen and bathroom and of course painting the whole house. They worked extremely hard, paid attention to detail and charged very reasonable rates.

From Quote to Completion
The relationship we build with our clients begins with providing an accurate, complete and transparent quote. We want you to know exactly what the refurbishment will cost in addition to what you can expect from your investment with Builders A2Z.
We will arrange an appointment to review the work you’d like us to do and discuss your vision of the project. Because we always want to get everything just right, you are encouraged to take your time and help us understand exactly what you want to achieve.
After the initial interview, we will compile a full no-obligation quote within a maximum of seven days which will include:
- An itemized list of the work we will undertake, with a detailed description of the tasks we will complete
- The cost of labour for each phase of the project
- The building materials we will provide and their cost
- A list of any materials that will be supplied by the client
Besides that, we answer any and all questions you may have with straightforward answers.

What You Can Expect
Our skilled craftsmen are always conscious that they are working in your home. Therefore, they will do everything they can to minimize disruptions to your daily life. You will be dealing exclusively with our workers as we never use sub-contractors. Best of all, we deal directly with our suppliers and eliminate the layer of middle-men. That keeps the costs down and our customers happy.
A full refurbishment can take from 10 to 14 weeks, and we will discuss anticipated timelines with you before we begin. Firstly, we’ll start by protecting all communal areas, cutting off the water and removing electrical wiring where necessary.
If required, we will strip bathroom and kitchen floors, walls and ceilings to provide clean surfaces from which to rebuild. We then install new pipes and wiring, plaster walls and ceilings, and additionally install all of your new fixtures. Finally, we’ll decorate your walls, ceilings, trim and woodwork.
From quote to completion, we strive to provide you with a stress-free experience. Furthermore, we want to give you a final product that we hope will exceed your expectations.
